Hi my friend sent me a payment awhile about 3 weeks ago to pay me back after I lent him money but even though it's coming up on his PayPal as the payment is pending there is no trace of it apart I've had 3 texts telling me to claim the money and when I do it says the money's in my account but when I check it never is and there's still no sign of it, was just wondering if anyone knew what was going on or how to rectify it?
