I have already added this credit card (VISA) to an old account but I transfered everything I had to this new account. I removed credit card from old account but now I can't add the same tovthe new account. It says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different one.". I have never verified it to PayPal. Please help, I've sent an email to the PayPal team but no response. I really need help as soon as possible. Thanks!
