I have linked my credit card with a paypal account in China. After moving into USA, I registered a new paypal account with the same email address and password (the account is set to USA). When I tried to link this account to my credit card, It prompts 'We’re sorry, this card can’t be linked to additional PayPal accounts. Please link a different card.' I am sure the card is only linked to that account in China. However, I can not access that account anymore(each time I sign in with that email address, it leads to my current account), which means I can not unlink the card with that account. I guess there are two possible solutions: 1. Access my previous account 2. Unlink the card with previous account Can anyone help me?
