ok here is the problem I have bought an item 11 days later the seller could not provide a tracking # so I asked for a refund a refund was issued and it is saying $ wont' be released until 7/31 ( paid with credit card so not sure if it will go into my balance or off the cc bill ) the next day the item shows up at the post office I agreed to take the item and repay the seller with the refund she sent the seller is wanting paid immediately and I cannot see where the refund has been released back to me what should I do? I cannot even figure out how to get on the resulition part of the site to make a comment to ask for help from pay pal
