I purchased something from China via paypal for $165 back in September 2016. I disputed it in December 2016 because they never delivered the product and kept delaying and delaying. They said they would send me my money back but NEVER did. Now 8 months later after many phoen calls and escalations, paypal is still telling me the case is "under review". Ugh!! I am so angry. I will never purchase anything through paypal again. It should not take them this long to return my money Has anyone else had this issue??
