I am 77 years old, bought a drone . It flys half a minute and drops from the sky..won'take ad card . So I file a report and they want pic of shipping label and pics of drone. No physical damage . Just don't work. So , I do not have the shipping label and for me to take pics of drone and sent is impossible. Do not know how.
