Had dispute over item customer bought said it didnt come with two parts that are not in picture or description. resolution requested he return item for refund He shipped item back to himself Tracking confirms this. Paypal refunded money to him. I called and said he shipped it to himself! They reviewed tracking to himself and confirmed he shipped it to me although tracking is back to himself! There is no tracking back to my address ever provided yet the gave him money back! I'm out over $300 and the product! Paypal needs to make this right, there is no tracking to me!
