Hi there, I had the same issue - seem to be having more success (no error messages and smoother updates) by changing browsers. We have several PC's, Windows 10 and Chrome as a prefered browser. Having mixed and matched everything, using Edge seems to work - we are now waiting for codes etc for a second bank account. I also note issues with Windows 10 and Chrome (hanging, BSoD, etc) reported across other forums - could be related. Hope that helps.
