Hi,     You can find your 4-digit PayPal code on your debit or credit card statement next to or near the charge amount. Your code will look like this in the item description section of your statement: PayPal*1234 CODE or PP*1234 CODE Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the PayPal code to appear on your online card statement. If you do not have online access to your statement, you'll need to wait for your statement in the mail. To enter the 4-digit PayPal code to confirm your card there should be a notification on your home page. Otherwise: Click Wallet. Click the card you're confirming. Enter the 4-digit PayPal code and submit. HI,   What platform was this purchased on? Was it on eBay or what? Was the item digitally delivered, or did he ship something physically?   But there isn't much you can do now if the claim is closed.   Here's a FAQ from PayPal:     Can I reopen a closed dispute?   No. Once a dispute is closed it can’t be reopened. If you purchased your item on eBay, you may be able to file a claim with eBay if it’s been less than 45 days from the date of the transaction. Hi,   On the prepaid card, there should a link to check your balance or activate the card (A sticker on the front, or somewhere in the back.) You have to make an account, and it will show you a list of transactions.
