Since 4 months ago, any ebay transaction would not go through on ebay. Paypal would take money from my bank account for the purchase (even though it doesn't go through on ebay or show in purchase history), and then reverse the transaction on paypal and pay it back into my paypal account. I can't use my paypal account to buy things on ebay anymore, AND I can't use my CARD either because it goes through paypa. I CAN make payments anywhere else with paypal, but not on on ebay. (Netflix etc..) THIS IS NOT AN EBAY ISSUE, I've spoken to ebay and paypal and paypal acknowledge the reversals are from their side. Everytime I have spoken to paypal they say it is resolved and will call back to explain. They have NEVER CALLED BACK and it HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Paypal have also confirmed there are no limits on my account at all. MY account seems perfectly fine. Please help!?
