I am trying to print a shipping label for the first time - so it's possible that it's user error - but it's driving me crazy and I think I have exhausted all of my options to figure this thing out!! I am incredibly frustrated. I sent an invoice to a friend of mine and she paid it and now I am creating a shipping label. I have her info in the Ship To, my address in the Ship From, the way I want to ship, the weight, the type of package and everything. Calculated shipping. Confirm and Pay and it says my return address is not valis and can't print the label. I don't understand!! I have had this address for years and it's what paypal automatically has used to ship to me and there has never been a problem. It's a valid street address! Help me. Am I missing something? Should I just call the company?
