A residential street address contains the number of the building and the street name, city, state, zip. A PO (post office) box contains only a PO number, city, state, and zip. If you live in an apartment building, just put the box number (which is not a PO box, but just a box number) and the street address. That should be a valid residential address. If mail does not get delivered to your apartment building and you are forced to rent a post office box, you do not have a residential address. Find a friend who does and ask them if you can use their address for your card. You cannot deliver the card to a post office box.
