Hi All, i need some advise as i usually just refund but i dont see why i should be out of pocket. made a sale on depop posted 1st class (not signed for), buyer is saying they havent received the item. I am happy to refund and have made a claim to Royal Mail for this which doesnt even cover the full cost only £20 but how do i not lose out as i am now without money or the item. thanks danni
