Great if you can help me here. I have my daughters college accommodation to pay for her forthcoming semester in USA. The bill is reasonably substantial and I am offered two ways to pay. Either a creditr card with a convenience charge of circa $180 or using an e cheque. My bank is UK based and in UK pounds sterling. Do you know if I can use e cheque via paypal and if so how and what charge might apply? Thanks very much
