I have had some money pending in my PayPal account for several months, and I'm trying for the third time to withdraw it. PayPal has my account details and I have been promised that a small amount of money will be debited and I can then enter in a code to confirm the acccount. No such payment has been made - every time I've tried it's been the same. I don't know whether PayPal has the wrong account details, or what - but this is getting frustrating! I don't think it can be wrong, because I have transferred money before!
