Ok, I must stress that by spending I don't mean sending. A friend of mine has an iPhone X that he is going to sell on ebay. He said that he wants to set up a PayPal but he won't be verifying it at all. (No bank account attatched or anything, only with phone number). He asked me what is the max amount he can sell for on eBay without his PayPal getting limited. E.g. Can he sell the phone for £600 or something and then once the funds are released can he purchase something for £600 online. Like a different phone for example, using only PayPal credit? or will his account get limited. Any help is appreciated Thanks in advance
