I bought a 2 setter and 3 setter sofa of ebay on the 25th may it was delivered on the 14th june after 3 weeks the cushions have collaspe got no joy off the seller so I opened a case with paypal within 1 hour they found in the sellers favor saying item was as described yes it was as described it developed faults after 3 weeks asked them to appeal the decision but they wont I am £600 out of pocket because the sofas are not fit to use any advice please I throught they had to be fit for purpose
