Hi, I would like some help or advice regarding an issue I have with a buyer that recently opened a dispute for an item he purchased from me. He is claiming that the item is broken I find this hard to believe as the item in question is a stainless steel exhaust that was more than adequately packaged and he says it got there in good order. However after his mechanic fit the item he claims there's a rattle, They visually can't see anything wrong with the item but believe it's damaged internally. PayPal have now taken the money from my account as there's a dispute. I have looked in the resolution centre but cannot see where I can respond, can anyone please advise on what i should do as it looks like I am going to be left out of pocket for something that was in perfect working order prior to dispatch. How do I stand with getting the item returned aswel, I fully do believe the buyer is trying to pull a fast one with this. The item sold for over £600 so I hope you can appreciate my concern on this and offer any help or advice. Regards Matt.
