So long story short. I had to refund a product that i never got. All went smooth with the seller and he refunded the product while apologising about the comission. But thats when I started getting this error if i tried to send money to anyone. Can't literally buy anything. We can't send your payments right now. If the problem continues please contact Customer Support. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service. There are no notifications or any sort of message on my paypal regarding this. My paypal looks just fine.
