My PP balance is usually zero. In the recent past, when I made an online purchase the payment was instant and out of my linked bank checking acount. Today a vendor told me he got an E-Check, not an instant transfer, so I have to wait for my "check" to clear. Have there been some changes at PP? Did I miss something or did I, unknowingly, set a preference incorrectly?
