Hello, I just opened up a new PayPal account and a PayPal credit account (limit: $1250) on Sunday, but I can't use any of those. When I tried to use PayPal credit on eBay to buy something and it just says "sorry we can't process your application" and bounces me back to eBay checkout page. I'm kind of mad a fact that I can't use PayPal credit although I've been approved and am ready to use it. Also, I tried to use PayPal on etsy and it says "we can't complete your purchase and choose different payment methods" and also bounces me back to the merchant's checkout page. What is really going on? It makes me mad how I can't use any of PayPal services. I tried everything I can (confirming email, phone, name, address, etc) but none of those seem to work at all.
