Why does paypal have the worst customer service reps? All they ever tell you is that they cannot do something about it since system this and that. Why hire them then? 1. I could not send payment to GCash, when I tried to contact Paypal CSR told me that their system is stopping it for "security purposes". And without any explanation. 2. I withdrew money to my bank account (which uses my personal account name, and I clicked the "use personal name" button thing). 3. They sent the money using my business name and my bank notified me about it. 4. I discussed the same issue and the same reply, they cannot do anything about it (are they paid to just say this?) 5. Now I try to withdraw funds to the same bank account and I can't do it. It is telling me to use the old version; I tried the "old version" but to no avail. 6. I tried the paypal app and was gien the "security risk" error. Also, I was scheduled a call from them on friday, but nobody called. I am not expecting a call from them tomorrow either. And yes I tried calling them but the call just drops. Hoping someone would have an actual fix. And not the generic "because of the system" crap.
