I ordered a shirt on March 27 on ebay and the estimated delivery time was May 25 at the lastest. It was June 27, 3 months later, and my item still hadn't arrived. I contacted the seller and the seller told me to wait it out a bit. Since the deadline for opening a case with ebay already ended, I opened a claim with paypal to try and get my money back. I told the seller that I was moving to a different address on June 30 and if the item doesn't arrive before that, I will need a refund. After I already moved to my new place, I messaged the seller on July 1 and ask for a refund, they said that they will refund me in 5 days, so I said ok. On July 3, the seller messaged me and said that the item has arrived at my old address and I could come to pick it up. I told them I don't have the time to go to a different city to pick up a shirt and I want my refund. They said ok, and never refunded me anything even after 5 days. I escalated the dispute to Paypal already and I'm waiting for their reply. My question is, will Paypal refund me if the seller shows proof that it was delivered (eventhough I no longer live at that address)? Eventhough the estimate delivery date was already past and the seller said they would refund me?
