I purchased some items coming from China but sold in CAD currency. Below their CAD price, items showed the US amount which was less. However, when payment was made, PayPal deducted the CAD amount. As far as I can see, they never adjusted for the different in the exchange rate. I don't see anywhere to question PayPal regarding this, so I'm asking if anyone else has had this issue?
