PayPal Community

I'm looking to purchase a website on eBay and advertisement states it is a game of skill not gambling or a game of chance.  You have two options to play. Free Mode and Money Mode.  The money mode is what I am concerned about and even though the advertisement states PayPal can be used as payment processor I would like someone to actually look at the website to be 100% sure.  I sure would hate to get dinged later and shut down after I have people gaming.   I understand this denial of services:  involve gambling, gaming and/or any other activity with an entry fee and a prize, including, but not limited to casino games, sports betting, horse or greyhound racing, lottery tickets, other ventures that facilitate gambling, games of skill (whether or not it is legally defined as a lottery) and sweepstakes unless the operator has obtained prior approval from PayPal and the operator and customers are located exclusively in jurisdictions where such activities are permitted by law."   My question is -- how do I get this website in front of PayPal for approval?   Thanks, Patsy ... I have two bank accounts with two seperate paypal accounts.  One for eBay only and the other for my online store.  The online store is closing and I would like to use that account for another online venture.    When someone orders from my store the shopping cart  check out takes them directly to PayPal for payment completion.  At the top of this PayPal page is my log in email address for my online store.  I have tried to add another email address and change it to Primary but the original email address appears still.    My question is...... what is the best method to have my new email address appear on the top of PayPal.  Not sure I can close the account then turn around and open it same bank account and personal address.   Suggestions?   Patsy ...
