I purchased a phone via eBay and paid via Paypal using my credit card. The phone was sold as UNLOCKED (open to all network) and that it was 8 months old. The fact is that it is locked to Vodafone network and its lot more then 8 months old. Also explained to the seller that i was leaving the UK immediately and wanted these issues resolved before i leave. after starting a dispute via the resolution of Paypal, was very dissappointed to find that Paypal closed the dispute in favour of the sell, which i believe is very unfair. Can any one help?
