A buyer recently bought two items from me and was not happy with one so I refunded her the money. I now want to refund her for the other top as well but cannot find any 'Refund' tab on either ebay or Paypal pages. They are both just showing that I refunded one top. I tried to send the money privately but a Paypal note came up saying the coundn't continue at that time and I should contact them or try later. Does anyone know how I can refund now?
