I have old posts here about this and have called and submitted tickets and still no worky. I can print shipping labels with multi order shipping, but when I go to "file" and select "Print Packing Slips", I get the addresses for each order as it should, but I don't get "Item Number, Description, or Quantity". I just get "n/a" in all of those fields. It works fine if I go to details and then select print packing slip at the bottom of the transaction. The problem with that is it's 4-5 clicks per transaction, and i have to wait 5-10 seconds for each click. Right now I have 34 orderes to do. It stinks having to do this every single day when I know I should be able to do it in mutiordetr shipping. I have always had this problem since multi order shipping came out. On several different machine, win XP, win 7, Frefox and IE. Never has worked once. Surely 'm not the only one, and if I am, what's wrong with my account? Paypal support couldn't even look at it to see if it works for them because they don't have a dummy account set up to try stuff on. What a joke for a mutimillion dollar company....ARRRGGGGG....guess I'll sit here and play click-wait-click-wait-click-wait-click-wait for a while. ghoot
