Hello! I made a purchase and used half credit in $250 and half cash. I changed my mind and asked for a refund and the seller nicely agreed. I was refunded in cash for the whole amount of $500 so the credit balance did not go back to where it was, it remains negative $250. When I transferred the funds to my bank account i figured no worries I will just use the extra $250 cash to pay the credit balance, however, that $250 was deducted from my account soon after transfering the $500 and my credit balance remains negative. Neither paypal or my bank seem to know what happened and I cannot pay off the credit balance as I would be paying $250 cash for an item I did not receive. I've attached a screenshot of my bank statement that describes the transaction when the $250 was deducted. Your advice greatly appreciated!!! Thank you!!!
