Iv'e paid for an item direct through paypal, opened a case to return it for a full refund. However after some back and forth with the seller we have agreed for me to return 'part' of the order for a partial refund, not full. However the case had already been opened for the full amount so the seller contacted paypal to tell them our new agreement, and we both received an email from paypal requiring to respond back with the confirmation that we accept the partial refund. The seller has responded with thier one, and Iv'e emailed to confirm 3 times since yesterday ( iv'e done it correctly ) but the dispute is still saying it's awaiting my action, and if I don't respond by the 30th ( in 2 days ) then the case will automatically close. So iv'e sent an email off to 'customer support' and received an automated reply telling me to phone them because they prefer to discuss dispute details over the phone, so I phoned them and spent 5 mins talking to a robot that only just about understood what I was saying, when I finally got it to understand me all it did was tell me how to go into the paypal dispute to respond to it and gave me no more options and told me to put the phone down, and if I go to the dispute there's nothing I can do and can't even add a file for evidence or anything, ggrrrr!! I'm at my wits end with this now and I NEED to talk to a f****** human being so I can get this thing sorted, I can't even get a human response via email because he automated response says to phone and talk to the **bleep** robot, can't believe I pay thousands in fees for this s*** Can anyone advise on what on earth I can even do now please?
