My PayPal Business Card Just Stopped Working

I have been using my PayPal Business Debit Card for years..  It's linked to my bank account. The process has always been I make a purchase with my PP card and it's always accepted.  The next business day, the transaction hits my bank and the amount is taken from my bank account.  Everything is good and just in the world..  It's been this way literally for years..    This is the way.  😄   Yesterday, I did a transaction in the morning and it was fine.. That afternoon, I attempted 2 transactions and the transactions were declined..  The only help I could get from PayPal was "You need to load more money on your card" or some such nonsense..  Everything is fine with my bank and my account..  The PP card just stopped working..   I just checked it and it's still not working..   Anyone else having trouble with the PayPal card??     ... Thanx for the reply..   Yes, that's what happened.  My bank account was hacked so my bank closed the account and opened me a new one..   I had PAD transfers pending and tried to get PayPal to change those pending PADs to the new account.  But, as usual, PayPal ignored me, so I ended up with a bunch of overdrafts and negative balances thru PP, but I resolved that over 6 months ago...   But apparently, I am in good standing again because PP customer service told me PAD is available to me and is on..   I should also note that I *DID* get the option for PAD with one EBAY purchase about a week ago.. But that particular purchase, I didn't want to use PAD so I selected the INSTANT TRANSFER option instead..     Never seen a PAD available again since then..   Thanks again for the reply... ... I have been dealing with this problem for over a month now..   Due to a PayPal/Bank snafu, I lost the ability to use INSTANT TRANSFERS and PAY AFTER DELIVERY...   The snafu was resolved and, after a couple months, I was able to use ITs again..  It's been a month or so since then, but I still can't use PAD..   PayPal assures me that the PAD option is turned ON on my account, but when I go to THIS link:   https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/mymoney   ... it says it is turned off..   Clicking the TURN ON link gives me a message that the option is turned ON but when I go back to the /mymoney page it still says it's off..   I tried PP customer service.  Got an email back that says it's a SELLER issue on EBAY, which I know is bubkis information..     I have had similar issues where PayPal doesn't play nice and then it helped if I used the CLASSIC web pages to accomplish the task.  But there doesn't seem to be a CLASSIC option for PAD...   Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have a few items stacking up that I need to get paid, but I need to do it thru PAD...   Thanx in advance.. ...
