I have been dealing with this problem for over a month now.. Due to a PayPal/Bank snafu, I lost the ability to use INSTANT TRANSFERS and PAY AFTER DELIVERY... The snafu was resolved and, after a couple months, I was able to use ITs again.. It's been a month or so since then, but I still can't use PAD.. PayPal assures me that the PAD option is turned ON on my account, but when I go to THIS link: https://www.paypal.com/businessprofile/mymoney ... it says it is turned off.. Clicking the TURN ON link gives me a message that the option is turned ON but when I go back to the /mymoney page it still says it's off.. I tried PP customer service. Got an email back that says it's a SELLER issue on EBAY, which I know is bubkis information.. I have had similar issues where PayPal doesn't play nice and then it helped if I used the CLASSIC web pages to accomplish the task. But there doesn't seem to be a CLASSIC option for PAD... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I have a few items stacking up that I need to get paid, but I need to do it thru PAD... Thanx in advance..
