I purchased some merchandise which was unsatisfactory. After endless emails I was offered a partial refund and to keep the goods. In my opinion the goods were not worth keeping so I passed my case over to Pay Pal and with an unsatisfactory result ended up argueing with the company who eventually said if I sent the goods back {to China} they would refund my money. I did so at the cost of £17. I then recieved an email some time later to say the goods were recieved and they would refund my money with the deduction of handling cost of £20. Then Pay Pal took a payment for handling the transaction. So all in all I have arounf £160 coming my way but don't no when? Its there but how long do I have to wait for it to go back in my bank account?
