Paypal limited my account. The problem is my friend helped me open this up over a decade ago since he had a credit card and I did not. So it was in his name. Now they want me to provide them his information and he and I are no longer on the best of terms and he has refused and wants me to shut down the account. The thing is. Paypal won't let me. Am I able to change this account over to my information now? To be honest I barely use it but some friends recently started sending me some money there to help with someone I am caring for full time so there is a little bit of money in and I cannot touch it. I just don't know what to do.
