EVERY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP I TALK TO GIVES ME A DIFFERENT ANSWER. One says I'll get my refund, one says the vendor never agreed to. I call the vendor and they say they authorized refund..so PayPal basically stole my money for an item that I never got.
