I ordered my paypal card and i linked it to my paypal account, and it's registered as a mastercard. I have money in my account, but when I went to pay for something in store my card was declined. I'm not sure if i just forgot my pin number or something is wrong with my account. do i have to transfer the money to my prepaid card? if so, how do i do this, since it's through paypal? am i able to reset my card's PIN? thanks
