I have just opened up a paypal account and recieved the two small deposits to verify my bank account and a day after those two small deposits were made I had been charged $30.00. I have never sent or recieved money through paypal prior to this $30.00 charge. In my bank account it shows as: FEE ACH CP - PAYPAL ,061917,VERIFYBANK AVL BAL AFTER W/D Can anyone explain this?
