Hi guys and gals I'm 15 years old and I made a PayPal because my mom said I can I use her debit card and everything is ok but once it comes to the identity of the account it won't accept the pictures I send of my moms ID and my D.C. One card and I have recently just sold my Xbox on eBay and the money is pending and It won't go to buy balance I'm scared if I ship it I don't get the money can someone please help????
