I ordered a picnic table and 2 benches from a seller and paid through paypal. The seller delivered the wrong table and benches and so a refund was initiated on paypal. I arranged to deliver the table and benches in person because the items were far too large to be shipped by anyone...plus the seller lives only 20 minutes away. In any case, the seller confirmed he received the items through email and that he was returning my payment. However, I haven't received any notice through paypal that he has confirmed the return and my deadline for submitting tracking info is June 24th. I've tried submitting an "Other" delivery with an explanation in the notes but for whatever reason, I don't see it anywhere and I'm still getting a "Response from seller needed" notice. Calling the customer service number sent me to someone in the Philippines and they weren't any help.Anyone know what I can do to submit a delivery notice without tracking info if I have emails from the seller which confirm delivery? I also took a picture of the delivered items next to the seller's truck that has a large company advertisement on it. Any help would be appreciated!
