has anyone else having problem with ebay and pay-pal holding or not giving you your money for coins sent to buyers and then buyer put a claim in as account got hacked or did not order it so not only am i out the coins pay pal said they have to give money back to buyer and since i can not prove shipping i am not covered by the seller protection so i lose that money also
