So the guy initiates a refund on the 13.. just 2 days before the 90 day mark. Apparently he used a stolen credit card. however his paypal account is verified. Also, his ebayname is related to video games, GameLandD*** (block for anonymity)... and he purchased a video game CD Key from me... Now I have already shown proof he paid, and left positive feedback. Paypal wont do anything , ebay wont do anything and now I'm out 38 dollars and the item itself.. Yipee for my FIRST ebay sale ... How was the credit card agency able to take the money from me , if they know the card was stolen? Wouldnt paypal look at his verified account and see whatever other transactions around the time would be problematic as well? Why would the sellers be responsible for that if it were the case?> Is there anything I can do? I Feel like he tried to pull a fast one and make a claim knowing that i couldnt defend myself against it...
