According to an Ebay update, it said I couldn't cancel a payment, as I was charged twice; by the seller, as I cancelled one order for an item, they said there was a problem with the account, so, I'm wondering what I can do. Thanks? Wish I could contact Paypal direct(ly), but they don't seem to have a customer service that I know of, any ideas.
