Now before you say, "dispute a transaction." I already did. I sent this guy $150 for an instagram account. He seemed really cool and chill. I later sent him the money and he's been ignoring my messages ever since. I dispute a transaction and really hoping i can get my money back because I've worked hard for it and some guy just scammed me. I just checked the case for the dispute and says it's "invalid". I wanted to report it for being scammed, but PayPal took my report transaction as it was my account was hacked or something. I tried to dispute the transaction as I didn't recieve my item(which I didn't recieve at all) and it's saying that it's already a dispute on it, but the case is closed.
