Why is this forum restricted, I cannot see or browse anything? More companies are using this customer service 'mirror the problem trick' by getting customers to field each others questions. I shouldn't have to come here to try to find out what the 'unusual activity' on my account was that prompted a password change. You forced a password change on me and then tell me my new password is the same as the old? How is that secure that you know my old password? Customer service models like this suck and blow chunks. Get off your greedy **bleep** and spend some money.
