Please get me the direct e-mail address to contact PayPal ASAP. After spending 30 or more minutes on the telephone with one of their reps, they told me to use service at the website dot com . There is no direct e-mail address on paypal.com to contact them on topics other then the five or six they have on their pull-down menu. They are a very non-helpful company. And of course this is what I received back: Thanks for contacting us. We want to help you but we can't answer emails sent to this unmonitored mailbox.
