I purchased a screwdriver set with my bank card using paypal online, from Home Depot which ended up being the wrong size. I just returned it today and it says its gonna be returned to my Paypal account. Does this mean it wont be put back on my card and instead it will be put on my "paypal" balance? The purchase was only 11 bucks and I see that it costs 5 dollars to "withdraw" from your paypal account to your bank card.
