He set up alternative flow so that he could offer a e-book for an e-maill address if they abandoned the cart. Anyway, I don't know the technical. Go Profile, then Profile and Settings. You will be on the My Profile page.  Look for the Business information line and click Update. Changing the business name will change the banner header on the Purchase Details page of checkout. Also, on the My Profile page click on My selling tools. Click on PayPal buttons. This will take you to My Saved Buttons. Click on the Manage checkout page styles to the right. Now on the Customize your Payment Page click on Add. This is where you can make other changes to your Purchase Details page by clicking on the HTML hex code links. Back on the My Profile page, My selling tools you might want to click on the Credit card statement name Update link to make sure the receipt customers get on their credit card statement has the name that you want it to have. I am confused about the same issue. Why does a refund that came out of my bank account not go back into my bank account? How come it gets added to the debit and credit column of the financial summary and become to difficult to trace, track, and do accounting with?
