because paypal are only letting me pay by echeque i am not allowed to buy things on ebay, its stopping me from being able to buy, the sellers wont accept it, why is paypal doing this to me, i have used paypal since 2003 and never had problems, a month ago my account was empty and my paypal went 19 pound in arrears and i payed the arrears within a day or two, but now it seems paypal are punishing me with this echeque only thing, not happy, thinking of closing my account and never using paypal again. happy new year. ... hi, i want to cancel 2 pending payments, im in the help section and it says locate the pending payment in the summary page and shows a picture of the page im stuck trying to find where it says status unclaimed in red circle, there is a link to take me to the summary page but i cant work out how to find the cancel option. ...
