Hello.I sold an item,then delivered it the next day.The customer was perfectly happy with it,now,a week later he has filed an unauthorised payment claim against me.I tried phoning Paypal,but that was just a waste of time,because all i got were automated options.None of which covered my problem.How do these disputes normally work out.Is Paypal like ebay,and allways finds in favour of the buyer.Any and all comments welcome.Thank you.
