I think I am too late but I paid a vendor Las Vegas Shades to make some shades for some lights in a house I was working on. Well it became that she was behind and moved the date back then it was she could not make one of them as it would not work then it became that her partner stiffed her. So now not quite a year later she promised to pay me back in less than 2 weeks well of course that did not happen. When I went back on to etsy in conversation she has disappeared. I think it has to be 180 days to get a refund from paypal right?
