Morning, I'm in the process of changing banks and am trying to add the new bank details and move things over, finally removing the old details after I'm certain it's all transfrerred. I'm trying to add an account, but I keep coming up against the 'we don't recognise this device' issue. Not a problem, good security, but I've been through the verification many times now, I've done the text message, the automated phone call several times, confirmed my old card number several times, and still am unable to add an account. The Continue button just won't take me any further. Swapping browsers from Edge to IE makes no difference. Can't yet add an account on the mobile app, which is a shame as that's always worked faultlessly, but I understand it's coming and needs to be right. What am I missing?
